To apply for a loan with VRK Financial Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
• Meet the income and creditworthiness criteria for the specific loan product
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application

4. Loan Application & Approval

• Submitting a loan application does not guarantee loan approval
• All applications are subject to verification, CIBIL score check, and internal credit assessment
• VRK Financial Services reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion
• Loan disbursement terms, interest rates, and EMI amounts will be communicated upon approval
• Interest rates and processing fees are subject to change and will be disclosed before loan disbursement

5. Interest Rates & Charges

Interest rates vary based on the loan type, loan amount, tenure, and the applicant's credit profile. All applicable rates, processing fees, and charges will be disclosed clearly before you sign the loan agreement. There are no hidden fees.

6. EMI Payment Obligations

• EMIs must be paid on or before the due date each month
• Late payment may attract penal charges as specified in your loan agreement
• Defaulting on EMIs may affect your CIBIL credit score
• In case of financial difficulty, contact us immediately to discuss restructuring options

7. Customer Portal Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Only one customer account is permitted per phone number
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

8. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide only accurate, current, and complete information in your loan application and customer account. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate rejection of your application, cancellation of an approved loan, and potential legal action under applicable Indian law.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content through our website
• Use automated tools to scrape or mine data from our website
